Serving Small & Mid-Sized Businesses Since 1999
Founded by John Ferrell in 1999, Platinum Information Services identified a critical need in the small to medium-sized business market for effective server management. While many internal IT departments focused on project-based work, routine maintenance of daily infrastructure was often overlooked.
As client needs expanded, so did Platinum’s staff and service offerings.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our product range and forged partnerships with leading technology vendors to deliver true end-to-end solutions for our clients’ technology infrastructure. In 2010, we opened our Clearwater, Florida branch, bringing the same Midwest work ethic to our Florida clients.
In 2021, we opened our Des Moines branch to better reach our extended client base. Building on this momentum, we began serving the Kansas City Metropolitan area in 2023, further expanding our reach and impact.
